AEROQUIP © Hydraulic Hose & Fittings





The AEROQUIP line of hydraulic hoses and fitting we carry are designed to be easy to work with. There are no special tools or expensive crimpers needed to assemble these hoses. All that is needed is a pair of hose cutters and a couple of wrenches, thus making field installation a snap!

FC355 AQP Hose
Single Wire Braided Reinforcement with Reusable
SAE100R5 Type Fittings

Construction: AQP elastomer tube, polyester inner
braid reinforcement, blue AQ elastomer cover.

Application: Air, gasoline, fuel, lubricating oils
and coolants.

Operating Temperature Range: -55° F to +300° F

Fittings: Standard Aeroquip reusable SAE100R5 Type.

FC355 meets or exceeds these requirements:

  1. U.S. D.O.T., 106 Type All (size -4 thru -12)
  2. TMC, ATA, recommended practice RP305b

FC234 AQP Hose
Fire Resistant Hose Meets
USCG AI Requirements

Construction: AQP elastomer tube, brass plated
wire reinforcement, braided refractory insulation, and
blue AQP elastomer cover.

Application: Hydrocarbon fuels, including all gasolines,
alcohols, gasohols, kerosenes, gas turbine and diesel fuels.
Also engine coolants, hydraulic fluids, synthetic and
petroleum lubricants and other industrial fluids

Operating Temperature Range: -40° F to +300° F

Fittings: Standard Aeroquip reusable SAE100R5 Type.

FC234 AQP Meets these standards:

  1. UIL 1114 Standard Hise Fire Tests
  2. USCG COMDTINST M16752.2 - Type AI Hose Fire Test - Meets Class I permeation schedule (Recreational Marine)
  3. USCG/MMTCG-115 Hose Fire Test per 46CFR56.60-25(c) - Cover Flamability Test per 30CFR18.65 MSHA (Commercial Marine)
  4. ABYC Fuel Systems H-24, part 9C and UL-1114 fire restraint requirements
  5. BIA Type Accepted - meets requirements for permanent fuel systems in recreational boats. Ref: BIA Certification Handbook, BIA-144-79, based on ABYC Fuel System Standard H-24, 9C(1), and USCG M16752-2, Sub-part J.
